Can I just rent equipment without full service?Yes! Our crew is always able to stay and provide tech support but we do offer set up and break down services for smaller gatherings or home parties. How far in advance should I book?To secure your date, especially for our busiest seasons we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

How long does setup take?Setup depends on the event scale: Small events: 1–2 hours Full production (lighting, sound, visuals): 3–6 hours We always arrive early to test and fine-tune everything before guests arrive! We like to scout the venue in advance to make sure we are aware of any challenges
